Repointing and Mortar

Chimney mortar on Lancing properties uses standard hydraulic mortar on post-war and modern stock. Flaunching and Pots

We replace failed flaunching using a waterproof mortar mix and reset or replace pots as required. Unused stacks are capped with breathable half-cowls that exclude water while maintaining airflow within the flue.
